Cllr Phil Grove County Councillor for Hallow Division, used part of his Divisional fund to Support Holt Parish Council. Holt Parish is situated at the junction between the A443 and A4133 and suffers from ongoing problems with speeding vehicles. The Parish Council currently have a number of initiatives in place to reduce the speed of vehicles including the installation of village gates.
It is hoped the sight of such gates will reduce vehicle speeds.
