Malvern Hills District Councillor Bronwen Behan recently attended the Rural Housing National Conference held in Chelltenham.
HRH Princess Anne, patron of the English Rural Housing Association, joined speakers in Cheltenham to consider challenges facing rural communities. Malvern Hills District Council is a member of SPARSE, which represents one of the many rural councils in the country.
The conference was jointly organised by the Rural Services Network and Rural Network Alliance. It marks a new partnership between the groups. Councillors from SPARSE districts including Bronwen who represents the Longdon ward were in attendance.
