David Watkins was born in Malvern and has lived and worked in Malvern Link for the last twenty-five years. He has been a Town Councillor representing Link Ward since 2015 and is a former District Councillor commencing 2000.
David has held many West Worcestershire Conservative officer positions since 2001, including that of Chairman of the Association.
