Protecting consumer rights is something your Conservative MEPs are continually reviewing and updating. In the past week we have led the way in strengthening the rights of holidaymakers who buy their holidays away online.
With Christmas approaching I thought I would pull together all the advice from the European Consumer Centre, Trading Standards and the Citizens Advice Bureau and collate it into a single factsheet.
