Young people aged between 18 and 30 are being urged to register to donate bone marrow or stem cells to help people suffering with diseases such as leukaemia.
The Anthony Nolan charity is leading the campaign to try and encourage people to make the simple donation and help to save lives.
To join the Anthony Nolan register you must be 16-30 and in good health. It involves filling out a simple online form and spitting into a tube.

The campaign coincides with a debate in Westminster today to encourage more people to agree to become organ donors.
Harriett commented: “I am an organ donor and I encourage as many people as possible to make sure they carry an organ donor card if at all possible.
“I am also keen to spread the word to encourage young people to join the Anthony Nolan register.
“I hope that we can encourage more people in Worcestershire to take a selfless step to help others.”
