The purpose of the panel is to "Provide customer leadership and imput in the development of services for customer" and, "Review and constructively challenge the work carried out by Fortis Living"
Fortis living is part of Festival Housing, the objectives are;
1) To work on behalf of Fortis Living Customer to ensure that Fortis Living provides a high standard of customer centred services.
2) To provide a customers perspective on the work of Fortis Living
3) To oversee consultation with the wider Fortis Living customer base
4) To Make recommendations to the Board and Executive Management Team on how Fortis Living can improve services.
5) To review and make recommendations for customer opportunities to be involved with Fortis Living.
I was appointed to the group following an interview through a rigorous, transparent and fair recruitment process.
The membership of this panel (maximun of 12) includes 1 nominated local authority representative from each of the following, Worcester City Council, Wychavon DC and myself from MHDC.
