On behalf of the West Worcestershire Conservative Association, I hope you are all well and keeping safe in these strange and uncertain times
As you are no doubt aware we were unable to hold the WWCA AGM in March as planned owing to the current environment and postponed it until 5th June. As this date is drawing near, we now have to make another decision as to whether we postpone once more or move forward in another way.
We have taken the unprecedented decision to move forward with the AGM on the 5th June using ‘Zoom’ technology which will allow members to join us in the comfort of their own homes using the internet, computers and portable devices. You will be able to listen, observe, comment, and ask questions as well as proposing or seconding motions.
In order to manage this as efficiently as we can, I am asking all members to ‘Register’ their intent to attend by clicking below where you can send an email to the organisers. Only members who register to attend will be sent the necessary link to join the meeting on the 5th June at 7.00pm. We will send a number of reminders by email over the next few weeks through the WWCA Newsletter… ‘NewsLine’. We have not taken this decision lightly and we know it will not available to every member, however your safety is of paramount importance to us and we must ensure that we keep this as our priority while trying to manage the business of the Association.
